We acquire superb minerals from ethical mine locations worldwide, focusing on rare, fine-quality, and uniquely beautiful impressive pieces. Our initiative is to present you with premium specimens for a phenomenal valuation.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

When will My Order be Shipped?

We ship fast! Please allow Earth Perfection 1 business day for processing unless noted otherwise. Delivery requires a signature. US domestic shipments are sent complimentary with USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Large US domestic items are shipped UPS Ground. Very large or heavy packages over 60-pounds may require crating which can add additional processing days before shipping via freight method. 

International orders are sent USPS Priority Mail, DHL, or FedEx. Customs and duty fees are the buyer’s accountability. International deliveries will be the obligation of the buyer and shipping company. For international orders, we will recommend FedEx as they are the more reliable carrier.

How do you Package My Shipment?

We take the utmost care in securely packing your order and use extensive packaging standards to ensure your shipment arrives as expected. We also regularly utilize eco-friendly and recycled materials in packaging, such as biodegradable peanuts, reclaimed packing paper, bubble wrap, and boxes. Contact us if you need assistance with your shipment.

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?

Yes. To return or exchange your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, within 30 days from the original delivery date, we will refund you less the original shipping and handling costs and the return shipping and handling costs. Please be sure to review all pictures and videos and ask any questions before making a purchase. You may always contact us with any questions you have. 

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

May I send my order as a Gift?

Yes. To send your Earth Perfection order as a gift, please note this in the message field at time of checkout so we can ensure that the packing list is excluded from the order. We will also include a warm message to your recipient if desired. Please be sure to notate this in the message section during checkout. 

Do you accept Payments outside of the website?

Yes. If your preferred payment option is unavailable on the website, then please message us for more details.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

How may I know the Mineral Condition?

Earth Perfection strives to represent minerals in the most accurate and actual form through descriptions and photography. We take pride in photographing our minerals to be as close to the piece as possible. Please allow shade and color variances based on lighting and viewing conditions. Photography is in studio lighting used for optimal viewing potential. Shades and colors will vary in different lighting environments. Please note that every specimen of crystal, stone, mineral, and fossil is individually unique and will have natural inclusions and qualities.

What do you recommend for Mineral Care?

Each piece is stunning and beautiful in its own way so please expect to receive a unique treasure. Mineral colors can shift if left in direct sunlight. Many collectors will display their astounding collections in glass cabinets for safekeeping. We love the metaphysical and holistic properties that crystals, gems, stones, and minerals offer. Healing crystals and stones are not a replacement for traditional medical treatment, please consult a licensed practitioner for medical advice. Stones and crystals can be considered fragile, handle with care when moving.

Do you have a Physical Location or Store?

Earth Perfection is an online based company located in beautiful scenic Utah. Operating exclusively online allows us to keep overhead low and provide our customers with deep, attractive savings.

Do you buy Minerals from Individuals? 

We focus on only the highest quality and authentic mineral specimens and typically do Not purchase minerals from individuals for authentication and legal reasons. To maintain quality standards we work with our established mining partners.

Do you offer Wholesale?

Yes. Earth Perfection does have a Wholesale division. If you are a legally registered business with an EIN, then please feel welcome to contact us and we will get you in touch with our Wholesale department.
